This powerful gas hob, available in a range of colours and with a bronze finish, provides four gas burners and a stainless steel fry top griddle, ideal for preparing delicious cooked breakfasts. The powerful wok burner is perfect for fast heat tasks such as stir-fries and searing meat and the specially coated brass burners are designed for high performance with lower gas consumption. The HCB90FCN-BRZ is part of ILVE’s traditional Milano range.

This ILVE 90cm Milano gas hob features a stainless steel fry top griddle with 4 high quality solid brass burners. The burners are coated with a nanotechnology non-stick treatment and surrounded by individual cast iron pan supports. The flexible fry top, also known as a chef top or Teppanyaki griddle, can be used to cook anything from a full English breakfast, meat and fish to Japanese style stir fry dishes.
