Scheduling Your Delivery
For in-stock appliances, choose a delivery date that suits you, available Monday through Saturday, with the option for next-day delivery (subject to availability).
Please ensure that all tradespeople appointments are made after your order has been delivered and the appliance has been inspected.
Delivery Time Slots
Before we deliver, you'll receive an estimated time slot for delivery, and a courtesy pre-call when we're en route.
While we strive for punctuality, please be aware that sometimes delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control, like traffic or weather conditions. We ask for your availability throughout your scheduled delivery day to accommodate any unexpected changes.

We provide a comprehensive two-man delivery service to ensure your order arrives safely and with care.
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery is available within our local South East area.
- For deliveries outside this area, some orders may be subject to a delivery charge.
- Any applicable fees will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery Methods
While most orders are handled by our two-man delivery team, in some cases we may use a one-man kerbside delivery service for items that require extra protection. If this applies to your order, it will always be made clear and agreed with you after purchase.
Additional Services
Please note that installation and recycling are not included in our standard delivery service. These optional services are only available in selected postcodes and can be added directly from the product page or your online basket where applicable.
Delivery FAQs
Yes, we offer up to 4 weeks of free storage.
If you need to amend your delivery date for whatever reason then please call us on 01737 240403
You'll need to notify us by 12pm one working day before your delivery is due. If this is not done, failed delivery or re-delivery charges may apply (detailed in our Terms & Conditions).
If there's no suitable lift available, delivery will be made to a ground or first floor room of choice.
Due to safety reasons, any appliances over 100kg cannot be carried up flights of stairs, so if no suitable lift is available, we will only be able to deliver to a ground floor room of choice.
As an optional extra, RDO offer a two-man installation service across most of England.

As an optional extra, we can remove & recycle your old appliance on the same day that we deliver your new one.
Appliances can be removed/recycled from £20, but some larger appliances may be more (up to £50).
