All of our appliances are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty.
If your appliance has developed a fault within this warranty period, you'll be able to book a repair visit.
To do so, you'll need to contact the manufacturer and provide them with:
- Your RDO sales order invoice (speak to us if you don't have this!)
- The serial number of your appliance - often located on a label/sticker found inside, or on the door seal of, the appliance
